I found this place through Groupon. It was my first time here. and my technician was Vanessa. She was great! My eyelashes looked fabulously natural, as they should. I’ll definitely return for a lash refill.

Fantastic service and best set of lashes I’ve ever had
Had a little trouble finding the location and room however I called and was helped immediately. Super relaxing place and sweet lash tech. I got Michelle as my tech and she was very kind and super gentle. I got a Groupon deal and used it with no troubles. I now need to see how long the set will last but it came out as I described I wanted, super natural and light. Definitely would think about returning here.
This place is breaking the law and the people are unprofessional and rude. they charges a 10% fee for using credit card which is way above the legal percentage allowed in New York. There was no signage or notice of this illegal surcharge when I booked the appointment. They told me about it after I arrived to my appointment. This is for sure a money laundering business that doesn’t report cash transactions. They insist on you paying cash so that they don’t have to pay taxes. You need signage and a max of 3-4% is legal to surcharge on a card in New York only if you have signage. Once I got to the front to pay I did the math realized they were illegally charging me 10% and decided to tip less. They made a scene in front of everyone and demanded I tip 20% on top of the illegal 10%. Run away don’t go here.
First off, the staff is absolutely wonderful. Due to my weird schedule at work, I had to change my appointment date/time so many times to the point where they should've gotten frustrated with me. But the one coordinating appointments is so friendly, and sweet. Very accommodating. Melody is my technician, and she is absolutely wonderful. Soft touch, so I automatically fell asleep the moment she gently put the gel pad under my eyes. My lashes came out perfect. I've been groupon hopping for a while but I think I'll stop and keep going here for followups
